At Mechanical Models, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. If your garment doesn't fit your aesthetic or size, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and protective packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
